Hi List,

I really need some help here.  I am planning a trip to Springfield, Illinois
for the end of March.  I will be there approximately 5 days.  I will be with
a group and will not have a choice in the hotel.  Because of that I may or
may not have a refrigerator and microwave.  If there is anyone from this
area or who has been there could help me with places to eat and health food
stores I would greatly appreciate it.
