Thank you everyone for your help on the cards! 
I printed one out and took it with me last night, what a difference between handing a server a card and having to explain. Now I know I should have had one a long time ago.
If anyone needs the info, I will gladly pass it along.. but its obvious you guys are waaaay ahead of me !
