great vegetarian restaurants, The Table, in Ottawa that serve several food

Im not quite sure how far Toronto is from Ottowa but I know of a great
health food store outside of Toronto called Ambrosia. Lots of GF stuff. I
went nuts. Half of my family lives there and I was there for a visit in
October. I will be going back in November and don't need to worry about
bringing my own stuff.
