Apparently I'm not the only fan of Sylvan Border flour and mixes. Several others have had the same experience I have - suddenly unable to find their web site. (By the way, I last ordered from them about 6 - 7 months ago. I order in large quantities to save on shipping.)

Some of you joined my scavenger hunt (thank you, Karen) and came up empty as well. Some found web sites recommending the mixes and flours claiming that "they can be found at many natural foods stores or ordered easily online". No one has actually been able to make contact by phone or web site. No one has told me that they have seen the products in stores recently.

Bottom line: their old web address doesn't work. One phone # has been disconnected. The toll-free number has been reassigned to an unrelated promotional organization. No one has found a way to order online or found a store that stocks these products.

My only possible glimmer of hope: When I looked on Amazon they said that "these products are not yet available" and they invited me to request an e-mail notification when they do become available. You can bet that I accepted the invitation! Now we'll wait, hope, and see if they become available on Amazon. They really have the most nutritious and over-all useful flour blend I have encountered in 10 years of GF living and baking.
