Hi

My daughter, the celiac, will be going to Mexico in a few months for 2 weeks
with her spanish class. She will be visiting Mexico City, San Miguel de
Allende, Guanajuato, and Leon. She is a college freshman now and traveling
with about 10 students and 2 teachers

Any suggestions on what gf foods to bring for the trip and any places or
things to eat in Mexico.
