I received several posts quoting a study by Dr Green of Columbia stating that the incidence of celiac is now down [or up] to 1 in 100!!!

I find it interesting that you rarely see a reference to the fact that celiacs who do not adhere to a gf diet have a VERY high rate of colon cancer but when the gut heals and a gf diet is strictly adhered to, the colon cancer rate goes WAY BELOW the norm.  wonder why???
