Does anyone have problems with Restless Leg Syndrome? Restless Leg
Syndrome is when your leg muscles twitch involuntarily. It can be kind
of painful or at a minimum extremely annoying. This generally happens
as I am trying to fall asleep. It can also happen in the evening while
sitting still, especially if I get chilled. Activity helps, it does not
occur while you are walking around or doing something active.

I have had problems with Restless Leg Syndrome for several years and I
have just been diagnosed with Celiac four months ago. The posting
yesterday about cracked fingertips being caused by a vitamin deficiency
peaked my curiosity. I have always thought that Restless Leg Syndrome
was probably caused by a vitamin deficiency. Vitamin E does help calm
my muscles down if I take it before bed. However, I am curious if there
is anyone else out there that has experienced this and/or if there are
any ideas regarding vitamin supplements to prevent this.
