>Does anyone know if organic foods are gluten free?

"Organic" means (in theory) that no pesticides or chemicals were used during
the growing or preparation of the food. This tells you nothing about whether
a product is GF. Organic wheat is still loaded with gluten, and organic rice
is GF.
