I had asked last week if anyone knew if Tobler chocolates were
gluten-free. I will summarize below:

2 replied that they believed the Tobler plain chocolate was o.k.
1 replied that the Toblerone bars contain gluten
3 replied that all the Tobler products contained gluten
1 replied that they eat the Tobler products except when malt is on the
label

I would like to list the ingredients on the Tobler Chocolate Orange.
The only one I questioned was the chocolate liquor. I see this a lot in
ice creams. Does anyone have any thoughts about chocolate liquor?

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (sugar, skim milk, cocoa butter, chocolate
liquor, cream, soy lecithin, vanillin {an artificial flavor}), orange
oil.
