The inulin question seems to be important.  Susan Mikolaitis stated
that Inulin could come from wheat, while a good source has explained it
is not economically feasible for Inulin that is used as a food additive
come from wheat, and that he was not aware of any mill that used
cereals as a source of inulin.

Susan, do you have an example of a mill that sells Inulin on the
additive market that uses wheat as a source of the raw inulin?
