I am hoping that genetic testing will become
more prevalent.  Last time I browsed the literature
I noted they had found 3 different genes which
apparently combined to cause CD.  The genes
will be there regardless of our gluten consumption.

I should think that if you have felt sick eating
wheat, and if you have the genetics then that
should be more than sufficient for a conclusive
diagnosis.
