I'm not sure if anyone has posted about this yet, but I just found out about a gluten/allergen-free expo in Lisle, IL.  It's a 3-day event coming up THIS WEEKEND (4/29-5/1)  that looks to have impressive speakers, vendors and other events.  There is a door price of $15 with kids under 12 free.
