I omitted this from my post on Dry eye treatment.

A humidifier is helpful. I have a small humidifier by
my bed and run it while I sleep.

I prefer the kind that has an evaporative filter (air
passes through the filter - filter soaks up water -
air passing through is humidified).

Dry eye is aggravated by very dry air in the house.
