I am a newly diagnosed Celiac and a long time vegetarian.

I mentioned to my Mom, also a vegetarian, that although I don't have any in
the house right now, I thought the veggie bacon and sausage and even the
garden burgers all had gluten in the ingredients list.  So, she went to her
better stocked fridge and sure enough, gluten was the second ingredient on
many of the boxes and the garden burgers have oats.

Does anyone know of gluten free veggie meat knock offs?  I won't miss any of
them really except the bacon.
