Hi,

Many have had hard time to find my Donut Holes recipe. Sorry about that.
It is in my "Best of Mireille" GF recipe collection:
http://forums.delphiforums.com/celiac/messages?msg=14862.1

Once there, the recipe is under "Desserts" and is named: "Beignets (Glo
Bits)" Desserts
Beignets (Glo Bits) 14862.631

You just click onto the recipe number beside the recipe name.

But anyway, (LOL) here is the recipe:

Glo Bits

My friend Gloriane gave some to me, they are sooo good! Like donuts, but
still better:

2 c. gf flour mix *see recipe in my "Best of Mireille": 14862.1
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar|
2 tbs butter, room temp.
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. milk
1 egg white, whipped

Mix 4 first ingredients in a bowl and reserve.

Whip the egg white.

In a other bowl, whip sugar, butter & eggs. Add vanilla.

Incorporate the dry ingredients to the butter/egg batter, alternating with
milk.

Incorporate the egg white delicately.

Form balls the size of donot holes, and deep fry. Once the balls are
done, mix them into sugar. Or, you can dip them (only half of the
beignet) into white or brown chocolate.

P.S.: to find my flour mix recipe, just follow the same steps I gave
above, except that the fl. mix recipe is under "Mixes"

I free ten as soon as they are cool.
