I'm going to Moscow & St. Petersburg in june. Can
anybody give any advice regarding restaurants/products
/supermarkets?
My friend who travels to Russia often tells me they
may pretend to follow the diet in restaurants, but to
ignore it actually preparing the food (since there are
no laws, precedents, etc). Have you experienced
anything like that?
