Dear List Mates,

A week ago I tested a new, whole grain bread mix from Jovial that contains no added starch-just whole grain flour. This time my test is for the other Jovial bread mix that is termed "ancient grains" and is mostly whole grain. It is just the organic corn flour that is not whole grain. There is no added starch.

What is the result? The bread from Jovial No. 01 and No. 02 are very different-kind of like the difference between a quality white bread and a like quality dark bread. This time the test was for the light colored loaf, and it is quite excellent as well.
