Our family, including our 6-year old son with celiac disease, is planning a
trip to Disneyworld in May.  We will be staying at the Caribbean Beach
Resort.  Does anyone have any advice for us in arranging GF meals, or know
who we should contact for assistance at the hotel, Disney theme parks, or Sea
World?  Thank you in advance for your help.
