Connie Sarros, author of the "Wheat-free Gluten-free Dessert Cookbook,"
"Wheat-free Gluten-free Reduced Calorie Cookbook," and "Wheat-free
Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids" will be sharing tips and ideas about preparing
and presenting gluten-free foods. Connie will have hand-outs for everyone
filled with helpful hints for baking gluten-free, and after her talk, she
will open the forum to questions and answers.  Copies of her cookbooks will
be available for purchase.

There will also be updates on the Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program,
May 5th International Walk, and April 14th Celiac Kids' Club Skating Party.
