Greetings, I am new to the forum and grateful for this available resource since my diagnosis a year ago.  Last week I purchased a book online and to my wonderful surprise it came with an added bonus.  Not only did I receive the book, but the author also sent me dry good food samples and coupons for free product (such as a free box of Van’s Waffles).  After reading the book I also discovered that many food companies listed in the book have offered free samples if you contact them and mention the book, free shipping and many other discounts.

The book is a resource guide that offers advice on many topics such as travel, dining out, publications, organizations, food manufacturers, kids/teens section, etc.  I feel it has given me added tools to help me with my gluten free lifestyle.

The author also donates $$ to celiac research for every book sold, which I feel is generous.  I do not have an investment in this book, but feel it is a refreshing book full of advice and assistance.

The author (Mrs. Julianne Karow) has a great website where I was able to view sample pages and see what the book was about before I purchased it.  www.CeliacResourceGuide.webs.com

Sincerely,

Angel
