I've been GF for about for 3 months now. At first I lost weight cuz I couldn't find anything to eat. Now I've
found replacements that I like for almost everything I eat and I'm gaining weight. My dr. says it's because
I'm now absorbing nutrients but I've got to stop the gain!!

One of my challenges is that I work a lot of hours and have three kids. I have always eaten out for
lunch. I've continued to do this but have limited myself to the exact same salad every day or a baked
potato. These are the only two things I can find near my office that is fast and nearby that I can
bring back to my desk. Before when I was trying to watch my calories, I would just buy some Weight
Watcher's or Lean Cuisine meals and heat them in the microwave. Now I don't have that option and
to be honest, I think if I have one more salad or baked potato, I'm going to loose my mind!

Can people send me some halfway decent tasting alternatives that require minimal effort to pack and
bring with me to work? I've tried making extra of whatever I have for dinner the night before but with
teenagers in the house, that doesn't always happen! They'll eat anything...even my GF food!! :-)

Sandwiches aren't really an option cuz I've yet to find any type of bread that comes close to Wonder
Bread...which is what I preferred before all of this!

Thanks,

Judy
