I am new to a GF diet and have just a couple of questions that I can't
find an answer to on any of the web sites I have been to or in any of
the books I have read.

1.  I know that some vinegars are off limits - malt and white.  But,
what about cider vinegar and Basalmic vinegar?  I am desperately
searching for something low fat to put on my salads as I am a Celiac who
is overweight.

2.  I have seen Maltodexetrin on both ok and not ok food lists for
Celiac's.  Which is it??  It is in fat free coffee mate, which I don't
think I can live without, so far it doesn't seem to be bothering me.

3.  Anatto?  Same as above, have seen it on both lists, ok and not ok.


Any info would be greatly appreciated.
