I am allergic to rice, wheat, barley, rye, oats  and  milk and eggs.

Milk and eggs are not such a big problem because I can substitute
soy milk and Ener-g egg replacer.  However I keep trying to adapt
(for grains) all these recipes I get and 50% or more of the time I
have big lumps of "bread" that are not really fit to eat.  I would love
to have recipes that are based on:

Corn,
Tapioca,
Millet,
Soy or
Bean flours

with no wheat or rice.

I will summarize recipes and post them to the list...
