Hi everyone.  I am currently a sophomore in college and looking at study abroad options for next  year.  I am wondering if there are any Celiacs out there who have studied abroad successfully and are willing to share their experience, give advice, etc.  I am leaning towards Ireland or England.  I know these countries are aware of Celiac, perhaps even more than America, but I am still nervous about dealing with the gluten free diet in a foreign country.  I have not decided for sure whether I will study abroad (not just because of Celiac but other reasons) but I would like as much information as possible before I make my decision.
