One more resource for those looking for a place to stay, GFB&B

Sorry to be late getting back to you, but I wanted to confirm the name 
of this place. If you will be near Seneca Falls, there is a lovely bed 
and breakfast called the Barristers that is very welcoming of and 
accommodating to guests with special food needs. We stayed there and the 
hosts were incredible!  They had freshly baked gluten free cookies 
waiting for me when we arrived and a full hearty gluten free breakfast 
for me the next morning.  The place is lovely, and the food was 
delicious. I highly recommend it. Here is their
