I have been gf for 2 years and have reactions that are immediate (stomach
pain, headache, intestinal).  But today was different and I am just
wondering if it gluten related.

My husband was nice and surprised me with lunch at work.  He knows how to
order, so I was not concerned because he went to my favorite place.
 I bit in to a "gf" burger that the restaurant added their special sauce
to, (I did not catch this until I had swallowed).  Within 4 hours my joints
were hurting.

I know that this is a reaction, I am just wondering if it can happen that
fast.
