 This is my first post so I hope I'm doing this right.

 

In my local paper there were some articles on Celiac Disease.  They both
said that the Cilia can only regrow  *once*, and that if you don't stick to
your diet 100% you will lost the cilia forever.  

 

Is this true?  I don't think it is because the articles on the web have
spoken about one way to diagnose is to do a challenge test after going
gluten free for several months, and I don't think they would reintroduce
gluten as part of a test if it were that destructive.
