I do recall someone verifying that McCann's does have a variable PPM
rating for wheat.  It was from one of the auto lists I am on.  I am not
sure if it was Clan Thompson, GIG, Scott Adams, or another.  What I do
recall is that they clearly documented testing of 4 batches of oats from
4 different lots.  Each had a presence of wheat gluten in them that was
unacceptable for someone with CD.
