Virginia is a beautiful, slender little girl. By following her diet, she
is likely to remain slender for the rest of her life. This diet is
wonderfully healthy. I am slowly switching to it myself (as a non-celeac
mom) in order to get my diet better balanced.
This is a major advantage celeacs have over us "wheat eaters".
The temptation to indulge in the gluten-loaded, fatty, processed food
market is removed.
