Apologies to all the list members who pointed out that there are many
brands of soy sauce which do not contain wheat.  In England most soy
sauces contain wheat and I only knew of one "Tamari" which was wheat
free.  I understand now that in America and Canada there are many more
"wheat free" soy sauces which I didn't realise beofore. - Sorry!
