Good tidings we bring to you and to yours!

Don't look now but the holidays are fast approaching and as you know
holidays are all about food and family.  Your gluten free family in Phoenix
will be gathering again November 3--that is this Wednesday.

We will meet at Paradise Valley Retirement Community in the community room
at 11645 N. 25 Place, Phoenix, AZ,85028.  Please remember to park on the
street.

Charlene Erpelding, our vice president, has the most current reasearch on
gluten free holiday products to buy from the birds to desserts. Bring
pencil and paper to make notes for your holiday food shopping.  We all will
share our favorite gluten free item or recipe.  Please bring an empty box
for our visual learning of items you have enjoyed.  We would also encourage
you to bring samples for our refreshment table--gobble, gobble. Remember
your friends in Celiac Support  of Greater Phoenix look forward to sharing
ideas for gluten free holiday cooking with you this Wednesday at seven
o'clock-yummy, yummy.
