Dear ListMates;

Just wanted to let you know my daughter's cake came out beautiful AND
delicious. Out of all the responses, I went with www.glutenfreemixes.com.
Laurel Hutton provided me with excellent customer service, and since she is
the mother of a gluten free child, knew the importance of all my questions.

The kit I received contained all necessary products to make and frost the
cake (the only thing I bought was the icing scraper-which is good to have
on hand for future cakes. ) FYI, eggs, oil or butter and a milk or milk
replacement is called for in her recipe.

The end product looked just like the cakes in the bakery- I highly
recommend her product kits, especially if you have the guts to decorate
your own cake.

-All the best,
Valerie
