Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cups butter            2 eggs
2 1/4 cups rice flour (1/4 cup soya, 1/2 cup sweet rice, 1 1/2 cup
   regular rice)
1 cup packed brown sugar   1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda     1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla         2 cups (12oz package) mini chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
        Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla until light and
fluffy.  Add eggs and beat well.  Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.  Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.  Bake 375 degrees F for 8 to 10
minutes until light brown.  Cool slightly and remove to wire rack to
cool.  Makes 6 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
