GF soyburgers are hard to come by because gluten is commonly used as a
binding agent. (If it is so used, it must be named.) Franklin Farms, the
mushroom people have two of them with egg used as a binding agent.

It turns out that Whole Foods has a soyburger on its GF list: 365
meat-free burgers, kept in the frozen food section. The only suspicious
ingredient is probably the binding agent- vegetable and ?(sorry I forget
the other type) fiber. Now fiber is not protein as gluten is. Some may
want to check with Whole Foods to make sure they haven't made a mistake
but I'm satisfied that these soyburgers are GF.
