I have been advised to have the Reclast infusion for the treatment of osteoporosis.  In the fact sheet for the medication, it indicates Reclast might not be good for people with malabsorption syndrome.

Has anyone had the infusion and with any side effects?  Has the sprue been considered a problem by your physicians before administration?
