Someone was nice enough to steer me to a site that lists GF milk
substitutes: both liquid and powder:

http://rdz.acor.org/lists/celiac/milkalt.html

Also I have been missing corned beef hash, but even more than that I've
missed a can of chili or beef stew when I wanted it. Sandy was nice enough
to tell me she'd checked the gf status of these three brands and they are
OK: Hormel Chili, Dinty Moore beef stew, and Mary Kitchen corned beef hash.
I tried the first two and had no problems at all, though I'm not the most
sensitive here. Haven't gotten to the hash yet.

I've also known for some time that Gebhardt's chili is GF, but they don't
sell it here. -vance
