Hi,
In one of my previous postings I had mentioned that prior to going on a
GF diet I often felt feverish (frequently with a headache), especially in
the afternoons. When I took my temperature it would be just on the high
side of normal -- around 99.2 Since I've gone GF, I haven't had this at
all. Many people who responded to my post mentioned that they had similar
symptoms when eating gluten. Does anyone know why this happens, or any
more about this? I had always thought fevers had to be connected with
viral or bacterial infections, but I guess not.
Emily
