The consensus to my question about where to purchase Romano Bean Flour was
that Glutino.com was the place to go. One person suggested the Whole Foods
market in Chelsea and another suggested I buy a Vitamix and ground my own
(I'm not that ambitious..it's amazing I actually bake the bread myself). I
have placed my order with Glutino (do the shipping charges at all these GF
websites really need to be 30%+ of the order?) and when I get it I will try
the new recipe.

Also, I called Parmalat to make sure their Chocolate Milk was GF. I was
assured that all their products are GF and that the plant manager's daughter
has "gluten allergies" so he is on top of this issue.

Thanks to everyone for your input.
