We had a lovely experience last night at Etta's in Seattle. They are right
next to Pike Place Market, and were absolutely matter of fact in helping
with a gluten free entree. I hate to make a fuss about ordering gluten
free, and prefer to go somewhere that has a gluten free menu. Etta's
rotates their menu nightly, so a gluten free menu is not an option, but
their helpful staff and absolutely outstanding chef made the night just
wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Lisa
