Fritos are gluten free. Apparently Cheetos are not (even though there is
nothing in the ingredient listing that would appear to have gluten). My
daughter was eating them with no reaction, but I attended a meeting of the
Celiac Disease Foundation here in Los Angeles and the buzz was not to eat
Cheetos because apparently a gluten containing ingredient was left off of the
ingredient list.
