Has anyone been diagnosed with this skin disorder called Lichen Planus,
which is also an autoimmune issue??

If you have, did you have any success in getting rid of it? I understand
it can last 18 to 24 months, possibly forever, and it can invade the skin,
mucous membranes and genital area, plus scalp.

Prednisone helps but I need to be off it, and the doctor is weaning me off
it but putting me on methotrexate, which is a very powerful drug and needs
close monitoring every two weeks with liver enzymes.

I am just wondering if anyone has had it and what might have worked best
for them.

Thanks,
 Bev
