The CSA Chapter 115 of the Southern Tier will be having their meeting on Thursday,
November 5, 2009 at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will be held at St. Joseph's Hospital
on Market Street in Elmira, NY.  The meeting room is in Ye Old Chapel on the 1st
Floor.  Signs will be posted.
The agenda will be a review of the CSA Conference held in Erie.  Find out what is 
new in Celiac Disease!  Some new products will also be showcased.  Personal care
samples will also be given.  The meeting is free and open to all.  Refreshments are 
also provided.
