Since I posted the Kinnikinnick donuts summary I received a large number 
of emails advising that the Celiac Specialties donuts are better, 
cheaper, and have less expensive shipping 
(http://www.celiacspecialtiesshop.com/index1.html). There was 
additionally one person who likes the Nutrilicious brand of Soy Yogurt 
Glazed donuts. Also, there was one reviewer who advised making donuts at 
home using the Bette Hagman recipe and a thermometer to make sure oil is 
at the correct temperature.

I guess that the donut topic may be pretty well exhausted now.
