Karen,
About a year ago I when Bob's Red Mill was mentioned as having some cross
contamination problems I decided to use my old Magic Mill that I ground
wheat in for years, cleaning it thoroughly first and running rice through
and throwing it out until I felt comfortable using the flour. This mill
can grind course or fine, but it wasn't fine enough. The bread kept
falling and I felt the reason was because of the heavy rice flour. I went
back to Ener-G's rice flour.
