Does anyone out there in the group know
why Minute Rice is not on the glutenfree
list from CSA/USA? I called the company
and they don't find any gluten in the rice.
I use the 10 minute brown rice which is
very tasty. I have never run into a problem with it. I know that
different brands of rice are not sold all over the US
but have different names from the same
company. Could it be that in the process
it gets cross-contaminated with gluten?
The man I contacted at the company did
not know the answer to this question and
said he doubted if anyone could supply me
with this info. I find that strange.
What's the top secret. The bottom line
is it doesn't seem to affect me and I eat
a lot of brown rice. Anyone else out there
have a comment on this brand or others?
Thanks in advance. Rosalie
