Listmates:

As many of you predicted, I received a huge number of responses that anemia and
celiac are related. In fact, anemia is the number one symptom and frequently
the only symptom. I realize that I could have looked all this up myself given
the time, but the personal stories and variety of facts that I received from
everyone are priceless. I compiled a summary of stories and facts to print out
and hand to my mother to make sure she reads them. I can't imagine that she
won't be convinced.

I just have to say that for a long time I have been amazed by how much I've
learned from this list and how helpful it is, how helpful the people are.
Thank you so much.

Diane
