I have updated my list of gluten free hams , turkeys, and chicken broth (along with contact information) for the holidays and thought I would share it with you. All information was verified on October 28th.
List is found below.

Cooks (800-332-8400) Per Janie, all hams have no MSG or Gluten
***** Any Con Agra product will list wheat, rye or barley on the ingredients statement.
Hillshire Farms (800-328-2426) Per phone call to Irene, all products are GF except corn dogs and beer brats
Honeybaked Hams & Turkeys (800-367-7720) per phone call to customer service.
***** Whole turkeys are not glazed, so are GF. Glaze on hams and turkey (other than whole) contains gluten.
You might be able to get them to prepare one for you without glaze. Call the local store and ask.

***** Does Honeysuckle WhiteŽ Turkey contain gluten or MSG?
Most all of our products are MSG and gluten free. The only exceptions are our meatballs, a new Teriyaki Tenderloin and a new frozen Turkey Burger.
All of our deli meats are also MSG and gluten free.
We don't use flour on the conveyor belts in any of our Honeysuckle WhiteŽ processing plants.

*****The chicken broth is NOT GF. Con Agra clearly labels their products so any wheat, rye, barley, oats and vinegar will be clearly labeled in the ingredients statement on the package.
I had called them and they told me it was GF and then I got an email that it is NOT GF. There is no way that I would use the Butterball Chicken Broth since they cannot make up their mind whether it is or is not.
