I got pretty mixed opinions on this cereal.

According to Safeway the holiday Crispy Rice Cereal is indeed gluten free
whereas their regular Crispy Rice Cereal isn't.

I received 12 responses.

2 people said they have barley malt (which Safeway told me they don't, so I
'm not sure)

3 people were concerned because of the risk of cross contamination.

3 people said they have eaten them without any problems. Most of these people
also said they  are very sensitive to gluten.

4 people were concerned about the dyes used in the cereal. This is what I had
a feeling was causing the problem in the first place. My son cannot seem to
tolerate any dyes in anything.
