Dear Listmates - 
My thanks to Alycia, who posted a summary about cupcakes 
and mentioned Cake Box in New Lenox, IL. I just called them. 
They have been open over 2 years. I didn't know they were there. 

They said Tuesday is gluten-free baking day, and they take 
orders in advance until 12 noon Monday. They have cupcakes, 
bread, and cookies. 

I plan to try them out next Tuesday.
