Hi all,

I have a friend just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and am curious if there is ever a possible connection between gluten and MS. The searches I've done indicate that there isn't much research on the subject, but that there is some. Also there's just enough mention of some MS patients who do better when they avoid gluten and casein (and other foods) that I'm wondering.

Does anybody on the list have more to contribute, scientifically or anecdotally?

I will summarize.

Thanks,
Esther
